This place was great! When I did my car shopping, I called around and went in person to some and basically at each of them I was met with a “typical” car salesperson where I felt like they were just trying to sell me a car even if it isn’t the one I wanted - and they tried. That is until I came to Subaru of Portland. I initially spoke with Justin, and was later transferred to Glenn and both people made me feel like they were being honest with me and also they did not mind where I purchased my vehicle or what model, just as long as I was happy with my purchase. They never tried to guide me towards purchasing something I didn’t want - which was a nice change. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted (an outback) and Glenn kept me updated the entire time my vehicle was in transit. The purchasing process was easy and pain free and Glenn even taught me how to use my vehicle's features. I highly recommend Subaru of Portland!

Michael Earl was the rep who walked us through everything, I can see why he’s been there for so long. He was so awesome as he did so, made it feel like chatting with a friend rather than buying a new car. He even brought all the cars we wanted to look at into one spot so my husband, who has a brain injury and trouble with walking long distances, was able to see each car without walking all over the lot. Michael even offered to fill up my tank for the first time! Just said, “come see me when you get low and I’ll fill it up for you.” Like how cool and sweet is that?! Miriam in finance made the process super simple and explained everything very concisely. She didn’t put any pressure on us to add any warranty packages, but gave us all the info needed to make an informed decision for us. I’m so excited about being a new Subaru owner! Highly recommend coming here if you’re thinking of buying a Subaru.

I was in need of a new car and have always wanted a Subaru. I wanted to purchase one because of the high ratings of versatility and durability. Thanks to Ahn from Sales and Keith from Finance, I had one of the best car purchase experiences ever. They both showed professionalism through their clear communication and efficiency. I drove out of Subaru of Portland with my 2022 Subaru Crosstrek in less than 3 hours. After about a week, I scheduled an appointment with Andric, Love Encore Delivery Specialist. He helped answer my questions regarding the features that came with my new car (Starlink, Bluetooth connection, all the buttons!). It sure is nice to become part of the Subaru Family. I highly recommend going to Subaru of Portland over any of the other Subaru dealerships that I visited and communicated with in the Portland/Beaverton area.
