Basically I wasn't expecting to find a room on Labor Day weekend at the last minute...Judy made my day! I was able to get their last room...incredibly clean and comfortable! I slept like a baby...besides the fact that she kept us off the roads on a Labor Day weekend. I'm totally impressed with the customer service and friendliness... would definitely go there again.

I almost hate to leave a review for fear of change in price or people bombarding my new found favourite... as a native these are hard to find now days. The rooms are spacious and very clean newly remodeled and prices are very fair they dont tag you an arm and a leg and u get a beautiful newly remodeled room and great service...... the maintenance lady ESTHER is amazing very sweet and helpful !!! Note to owner: SHE IS A KEEPER !!!!! Their is the liquor store/ convenience and dispensary right in front witch is great and just like 3 min from the casinos if that...... if I could suggest tho they do need like a small cafe or deli some kind of bigger food selection lol when we got back I was so hungry ! And definitely need light canceling curtians the views are beautiful but I like my morning sleep when traveling. All in all thank you for a great birthday and anniversary stay and we will be back!!!

I didn’t know anything about this place. I’ve been to 5* hotels and this one is still amazing! It’s one of those hotels you pass by, but you doing yourself a disservice by not stopping. Great rates, amenities, and a beautiful location. I will definitely stay here the next time I come up to the mountains for Uncle Charlie’s Ranch! My kids loved it too! It’s a great way for them to break out of devices/electronics. Skipping rocks across the street from the creek just amazed them! Thank you so much! I’m going to bed now. The beds are pretty awesome as well!
