Don't get cell service here unless you like being told to wait 24 hours over and over again. I would describe my experience with xFinity Mobile as a maelstrom of incompetence colliding with a mountain of lies.

Customer service is always been accommodating on the phone as a loyalty customer or in store. Normally takes more then 1 call they get the job completed. Loads of information, helpful & patience.

Poor customer service, you will receive different information from different representatives, oh and even though you have good credit you may not qualify for a mobile phone line because their credit checking system is "wonky." thinking about contacting the Better Business Bureau

You can exchange remotes at the store. Xfinity also sells wifi extenders to increase the range of your wifi
