Filthy, holes in top comforter the size of my fist. Everything had animal hair all over it. The couch had so many spill stains or possible urine stains the way it smelled, we couldn’t even sit in the room it was so filthy. Lady at checkout was rude and took offense instead of admitting the room wasn’t sleepable. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel. She wouldn’t refund any money. I got photos of EVERYTHING and will plaster them everywhere.

I had a horrible stay the worker was completely out of it and the room stunk like cigars I had to go get new sheets even went to ask to change to a different room the worker mumbled “I don’t know what I can do” the room was not cleaned the bed sheets look like they just got fixed up from the last person but not washed I was not able to sleep the whole night because of the stench of cigars constantly filling up the room from the conjoined door we got with a complete stranger why would anyone want a door leading to A complete stranger I’ve stayed here many times when I come into town but I will not be anymore

I just wanted to give a special thanks to Brooke at the Super 8 in Bedford IN and thank her very much for her great customer service and how much she took care of my aunt and my cousin which are going through some very hard times at the moment he has been going through dialysis and has been very ill during this and she has made it more comfortable for him and his mom while they have been staying at the Super 8 she also has brought them extra pillows made sure that all accommodations we're very much perfect and brought the menus so that they could eat and not have to worry about driving anywhere she was very sweet and has made sure that their stay has been very pleasant the rooms are also very clean and the breakfast was very helpful since he has to go straight to give lab work every morning so thank you very much to Brooke you have been wonderful we hope that we get you as the receptionist every time that we stay over there
