Horrible stay! The pool is so so small customer service was horrible I waited for an employee for 10 minutes trying to check out. My hotel room smelled like smoke. They don’t care to inform you of pre auth on debit cards. Breakfast was okay the sausage Pattie’s were hard and way over cooked. Oatmeal had no flavor there’s a residence inn across the street most definitely worth the extra money to stay there instead. Don’t recommend this place when I called to complain they acted as they didn’t care and it was no big deal. Don’t waste your money here definitely not worth it.

So in this part of town all the other hotels are run down and basically the area is but this hotel was very nice and clean and did great job at keeping the local riff raff in check. The don't allow all those pot smokers to smoke up the hotel for non smokers. If you're in this town looking for hotel go here

First room hadn’t been cleaned, there were pizza boxes and drinks all over. They moved me to another room, the internet didn’t work in that room. They moved me to a third room and it was better but the shower curtain was ripped almost halfway. Makes me wonder if their cleaning service is actually cleaning the rooms. Staff told me they would credit my Marriott account with some bonus points and didn’t follow through. Three rooms with issues in one night and a broken promise…there’s a residence inn just across the street that looks a lot newer.

The staff was extremely friendly, they always greeted me by name when I came in and when I left. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was very nice, with fresh coffee through out the day. I'm not sure how hotels are rated, being 1 to 5 stars, but I was a travelor for 26 weeks in Peoria IL and out of many hotels I have visited I consider this a definite 5 star hotel.
