This was the most awesome dental visit I have ever had in my life. I mean that sincerely. Delightful people, professional, honest regarding costs of my care. From the moment I walked in and approached the check-in receptionist, I was treated with respect and felt everyone involved in my treatment was there just for me. Not really, but it sure felt that way. My hygienist (Charity) was friendly and very professional, explaining every step she was going to take. We discussed what she expected of me as well as what I expected of her. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Kaiser dentistry rocks!

Dental office has very rude staff that seemed very uptight and full of themselves. I asked to have my kids appointments on the same day so I do not have to take work off twice to drive an hour and a half for two different appointments. They will no longer accept siblings in the same appointment. I totally understand, but also do not get because they are from the same exact household. But should be able to get them scheduled on the same day. Kaiser needs to change the sibling restriction they have in place. Most families can't take off work let only both parents so they can get their children to an appointment since I can not have one child accompany me with my other child's appointment.

Kaiser Permanente has been my medical provider for 36 years. Every year has been good. They've always given great care and their inter-office communications are superb. I trust them completely!
