Ordered fries and a strawberry shake to compare to In-N-Out. Waited 28 minutes for pre-frozen grocery store crinkle fries and a half decent shake. I will admit that In-N-Outs distinctly 'pink' flavored "strawberry" shakes don't stand up. But I'd rather not risk my child's college fund and deal with the wait.

This was my first visit to Shake Shack. The food was good and cooked just the way I like it. But the icing on the shake (LOL) was the customer service that we received from Mark .He greeted us with a smile, and was so helpful in helping me with my order he was very patient I'm a senior so that means a lot. Mark took the time out to ask how was my first time visit was. I was having problems getting in the restroom the code wasn't working and yes Mark to my rescue. The restaurant was clean and the other staff members were friendly. Mark thank you for you great customer service you made our visit special. Warm Regards

I have visited this location multiple times because I would work in coffee shops nearby in the morning and buy the burger & fries for lunch! Each time I visited it was a pleasant experience, and the place itself is beautiful & airy for dine-ins too. If you are craving these burgers at any point, please do try this location :) 🍔🍟

The service was fast and not crowded at all. The double burger was pretty good but I like EPIC more BUT EPIC costs more. Also the bacon was only okay and not enough. One last thing was the young man at the counter could not answer my question of what can be placed on the burger and that was annoying as I grew up being taught that the correct answer was that I may not know but that I would find someone who does know.
