I was given a 9:05 AM appointment for a COVID PCR test (I need this for a procedure next week). When I arrived, there were already 20+ people in line. You would think that if they give you such a precise arrival time, they are doing so in order to streamline the process. Instead, I have wasted an hour of my Saturday for no reason. If you have a choice (and you are with Kaiser), find a different facility or a different day/time.

Fantastic staff, brand new facilities, and great safety protocols during COVID-19! Michelle, the lab technician, is amazing! I highly recommend going here if you have the option. It’s a much more pleasant, relaxing, and efficient experience than somewhere like Bicentennial
