The worst Mcdonald's I've visited ever. 1st from the poor customer service. I was a manager in my youth, and it sickens me to see the young be so carless and unprofessional in their work ethic. From the use cellular phone during a transaction to the gross site of acrylic nails not kept up to the several times visited trashed and reheated fries. I'm done I'll no longer return because of convenience. Management I would consider sending in a member from corporate headquarters for help before you continue to tarnish an awesome establishment otherwise.

Staff is rude, their milkshake or frappe machine is ALWAYS broken and getting an order right is something that they literally fail at 50 percent of the time. And using rewards, lol, thats funny! When asked at the speaker if you'll be using the app and you say yes they then ask for the code. You give it to them and then order what you want but when they tell you they are out of the item you want guess what??? Can't use another code you just redeemed one now you have to wait or pay full price for something you didn't really want and you don't earn extra reward points for the purchase either. Getting a mobile app order is just as difficult as waiting to order the normal way. As much as I love their fries sorry but if I have another option available to eat at im taking it. Mcds has become my last resort for fast food!

This review is for the older lady that just served me at the drive thru window. Thank you for your excellent service, and even though your coworker yelled at you that the order in your hand was for the next person. You did try to verify my order first and I think her yelling at you was rude and unnecessary. You were super nice, and you would of given me the right order eventually. I'm sorry you got upset after I drove away. I hope you have a better night girl ❤

Worst costumer service I have ever experience. I will never go back to McDonald's. They forgot to put my order of chicken nuggets on my order which is hard when you have a son who only will eat chicken nuggets. When I arrived to the window, they apologized for forgetting them but told me I would have to go back through the drive-through (another 30 minutes) to re-order them and shut the window on me. It would not have been that hard to take my card and charge it for chicken nuggets and have me pull forward to wait. The comment the manager made was "We are too busy for this right now and there are 20 people behind you". I had to wait just like everyone else. I would at least expect the customer service to be better. So I had a wonderful hungry child cry all the way home that he didn't get his food but his other 5 brothers got their orders. I would NEVER recommend this location. To be honest, I don't think I have ever gone to McDonald's and not had the order messed up. I don't go very often but I won't go anymore. They make so much in profits serving dried out food I'm sure loosing my service will not hurt them. Best of luck to the rest of you.
