Burgers were on point! Chocolate milkshakes were awful!! They were not mixed with enough chocolate and didn't even taste like vanilla either. We were in the 6th car in the drive thru and it took over 30 minutes to get our food. Super Slow!!!

DISGUSTING!!!!! Hair was in my food 🤮🤮🤮. I have long blonde hair. I would never ever recommend this place. Asked for impossibles w NO cheese. Clearly they cannot read. Had an order of cheese sticks w no marinara. These ppl must be extremely lazy and sloowwww 🥱🥴..

The four stars are relative to the food and the overall experience on what you would expect from a White Castle. The food was on point. The staff were extremely professional and courteous.
