Disappointed is an understatement, you guys had clothes in the colors I wanted but it seemed like half the items in the store were only XS or S. Large and XL should be just as mandatory too.. You lost business because of this. I planned to spend a lot of money at this establishment but the lack of sizes RUDE! We spent over 30 minutes in the store, no employees greeted us & we left disappointed.

Went in to shop, unmasked, was greeted by multiple employees who said nothing. After at least 30 minutes of shopping I was confronted by someone asking me to put on a mask. Wish these stores would understand not everyone CAN wear a mask. How about if someone walks in without one, assume they are exempt!! Stop being a maskhole! Shop over at Buckle, had NO issue there!

Google said this location was open. We called the store and there was no voice machine message saying they were closed. A sign on the doors said “we’ll re-open march 30 and it’s may 15 and the doors were locked. Extremely disappointed, this store should have done more to communicate to customers. I won’t be coming back any time soon.

Grace has the best customer service really polite. This Forever 21 is always clean and organized whoever the manager is has OCD and I love it you can find whatever you want in the store.Y'all need to get a stamp for the back of the tags that says final sale cuz there was a lady in there arguing with them about returning something and she was doing the most.
