This DMV is very efficient. Granted, I went on a day it wasn't very busy. I had to renew my license and get a real ID. I was in and out 40 minutes tops. The week before I went to the San Bernardino office. That place was a complete disaster. The 2 people I had contact with, were just about as rude as you could imagine. F that place. I ended up leaving and rescheduled in Fontana. Best decision I ever made.

I'd just like to start off by saying that this particular DMV already has a pretty bad reputation in general so I wasn't inclined to write a review at all until my second visit this past week... I encountered the same woman both times outside in the front where you get checked in and both times I approached her with a smile and a greeting (after she had not greeted me) she basically cut me off and said, "how can I help you?" She just wanted to get me out of the way I suppose and on to the next person. Anyway, while explaining what I needed and asked about the process she spoke to me and looked at me as if I were dumb. That's the best way I can describe it. In the VERY short time we exchanged words that's how I felt after both of our encounters. People think because they say or do things with a smug smile that it's okay or that the attitude is undetectable. She was very condescending and it bothered me but I didn't bother making a huge deal about it because it's such a miniscule thing to let affect my own mood. I took a mental note to review it later and put it out there so perhaps management may hear of it and coach their outdoor personnel on customer service. I understand that especially in this area it's not easy dealing with the public day in and day out but in that particular line of work you have to make customer service a top priority and remain professional. The provocation was real with this one and I hope she gets the proper training and utilizes it for the greater good. Service was surprisingly quick both times I went and the ladies at the windows were both kind to me so thank you for that. 2 stars because we all know one bad apple can really spoil the bunch.
