Went in today at 8am (walk in) to have one of my tires checked out. The service advisor told me he'll have his team check it out. He told me it would be a bit of a wait since he had a couple of cars ahead of me. I told him that's fine I understand it's Saturday and I'm a walk in. I asked for an estimate around what time my car would be ready. The advisor said 11am. I took a seat and waited for a follow up. By 10am I saw my car had been moved from where I had parked. Okay cool my cars being worked on but unfortunately I was wrong. 12 o clock came still no follow up. The advisor came in and out and still nothing. By 1:20pm my phone had died and I had to get to work. I asked another employee ( wish I had gotten his name but he is an African American Gentleman Super helpful btw) for a follow up. He stepped out and asked. He told me that my car hadn't even been looked at. I told him thank you and that I'd like my keys back because I had to get going. He was really nice and understanding which is why I'm giving an extra star. Now for the other service advisor who helped me in the beginning. I would've at least appreciated a follow up or a "Hey we might not have time today would you like to set up an appointment" but no he wasted my time. Why give an estimated time if you're not even going to follow through with it. Completely wasted my time.

I have been coming to this fire stone for years I had always had great service up until a few months ago I don’t know if this is under new management or ownership but the service is terrible the workers are very unknowledgeable with the exception of Misael I went in to have a tire ordered a week later going to have the tire put on only to find out it is not the correct brand and the service advisor was very persistent on still putting it on my car I refused the technician put my old tire back on and did not even know what to set the torque to!! I will NEVER go back!! UNBELIEVABLE! They just lost a good paying customer!!

I usually don’t do reviews for anything but I came in to get a tire fixed due to a nail being on it. Unfortunately my wheels were damaged and now I have to repair my expensive rims myself…

I’ve been here twice and both times was treated with courtesy and respect. The first time my car was towed in for new tires with two flats - the wait was reasonable and they helped me get a lower price on the tires I needed. The second time was for a (free) tire rotation - they also looked at my breaks free of charge while the wheels were off and let me know what was looking good and what was soon going to need fixing. Very kind people working here! I will definitely be returning.
