I have been going to this car wash for over 10 years. Always have been happy! Recently I had two bling license plate holders stolen out of the back of the car! I was disappointed because I always tipped 15-20$ for a war wash as I feel it’s …Good Afternoon, I would first like to apologize about your negative experience with us. After speaking with you this morning you mentioned that you had come in “10 days to 2 weeks ago” for a service. We find it surprising that you now just realized that your item is missing. As you stated you have been coming to this business for 10 years and have never had a problem. We have full trust in our employees. If you would have come to us sooner about this situation we may have been able to show you the security footage.
