Nice rooms. Very friendly staff. Had a waiter named Joe who was fabulous. Gave great advice on what to do while we were in Chicago. Also the restaurant was fabulous we really enjoyed the food there.

This is our second stay here, and it has been wonderful both times! The rooms are clean and well kept (I am a stickler for cleanliness- and they check all the boxes) The bedding is always bright white, clean and of good quality (which is important to me), the hotel staff is polite and friendly, and the rooms are spacious and have a great layout, and all the amenities we need as a family of 4. The pool area offers an indoor/outdoor area, and hot tub which is fantastic. This is our spot for anytime we are in the Chicago area.

The hotel is located around 20 mins away O’Hare International airport. It is clean and tidy. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. I got in early in the morning 630am, even I made request to check earlier online, by policy, I could check in around 8am. However the front desk was able to help me out and let me in my room earlier. When I was at the breakfast bar, the staff just greeted me with a smile and quickly went out the feature and the food. The service is just top notch. The room is clean and tidy, even the facility is a bit outdated. The hotel is close to road, so there is some road noise. If you are sensitive like me, please let the staff know and I am sure they will be able to help you out.

Been staying here fairly regularly for the past year. Staff is very nice and rooms are clean and comfortable. My problem is with physical plant. Elevators have been out of service constantly the entire time. Why can’t a Marriott hotel keep them running? Maybe they need replacing? For the second stay in a row I am using the service elevator. What if it goes down? My knees can’t handle 7 floors of stairs. Probably my last stay here . Shame, because other than that, it’s a nice hotel.
