no proper grade blades to cut hair . They give choices like 8 and stuff . I can cut much better at home than their scissors

The stylists here have always been attentive and work with me to understand what I want. If the cut doesn't turn out as planned, they are happy to follow up the next day to make any changes.

I had a terrible experience at this specific location, I have went to a different location and I had no troubles whatsoever. At this location however, I had many issues. When I told the stylist cut an inch off, thin my hair, and add a front layer, she failed to complete two of these tasks. When I left this location I noticed that my daughter's hair was not thinned nor was there the front layer, on top of that they overcharged me! My daughter is clearly under sixteen (she is twelve), yet they charged me for an adult haircut! I am enraged I will not return to this location.
