Awesome experience here buying a mattress. We came in looking to pick one out and set up financing and we found an awesome mattress and the financing process was fast and easy. I was very happy I wasn't stuck in the store for 2 hours. The sales guy Oscar was awesome we got everything picked out quick and easy and he was really cool to talk to and helpful with picking out all the stuff we wanted while keeping in our budget. I was also super happy to get the mattress in a matter of a few days. All in all it was the easiest mattress buying situation possible. I'm happy 😊

When we walked in, we felt welcomed. We were browsing around for a new couch but weren’t quite sure what we wanted. We had a couple people come up to us and ask if we needed help and at the time we didn’t. Lisa was amazing from the time we started talking to finishing purchasing our new couch. She made us feel very welcomed and included our son in everything that was done. If we ever need anything, we will definitely come back and ask for Lisa.

I always dread furniture shopping and pushy salespeople. NOT HERE! Bridget is amazing. Checked to see if we needed anything. Never lurked. Answered all questions and was a pleasure to talk to and do business with. Answered everything we asked and we left here knowing this place will be our first choice for furniture in the future. We got a large dining room set and a living room set. She was patient while we debated colors and styles and the selection here was good. This is our second time buying furniture from Bob’s. We bought a sectional for upstairs and my brother brought a couch that reclines for downstairs. The service there is always friendly and the staff is knowledgeable. Both times at the Aurora facility we were helped by Courtney. He is the best! He was honest, kind, not pushy and made the experience the best.
