I don’t know if it’s new management or the workers but they have fell all the way off. My beef was sloppy and disgusting. I paid for cheese barely any. Paid for sweet peppers and got these huge no taste so ever peppers. I literally pulled then off and tossed them wouldn’t feed them to my dog if I had one. Even though I’ve been going there since I was a kid, that was my last time. Should’ve just drove to Portillos

Went to order. No one ever asked for order through drive through. Went to window and saw hands on counter but quickly moved. Never came to window although I could see employees inside. Never took my order. This is Sunday, July 3, 2022 at 11:00 am. Elgin Larkin location. Rude!

Everything was good, I wouldn't recommend the cheeseburger, but it was definitely edible, just have had better.

An old Elgin restaurant, that's been a town family favorite for years. Always cooked for each individual order. Never disappoints. Always great food & a fairly diverse menu. Small place, but the staff is fast & efficient. Because of their popularity they are always busy, however, they never get your order wrong.

Must wear masks. 6ft of separation. It's ok if you're naked just wear a mask. Lol
Per health department guidelines, as long as the employees are 6 ft apart from each other masks are not required. The health department was in the one on the east side for hours and never found anything.
