Gave it 4 stars for the helpful and friendly staff. But disappointed that they don't sell much cookware, especially heavy skillets and pots. Also don't waste your time looking for electronics cords or other parts for your old electronics- they don't have them here. Plenty of women's clothes if that's what you mainly want.

Some of their employees needs more training. And I would appreciate it if this location would stop playing loud rock music and start playing some Christian music atleast. This one employee lady was singing out loud to the band's lyrics in the row next to me and made me feel even more uncomfortable. On top of that she clearly knew that my husband was waiting first in line at the register while she was singing her heart out. Along with 2 other customers including one couple. That couple last in line told her they were at the end of the line. But she didn't care she let them cut in front of the line and helped them first! Making my husband almost end up being last in line because of her unfairness and unprofessional behavior. So she loudly yells to another employee for backup. But the second customer in line was nice and told the other employee that my husband was in line first before her. I don't know what her problem is but I've been here 3x and both times this one employee acted hostile towards us. And she's super friendly and talkative towards other customers though. Which makes me feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable because of how we were treated unfairly. Like we aren't valuable customers or something because not many Asians are seen shopping here... Also I feel uncomfortable sometimes like I am being watched by their security guard since he pops up everywhere around the store. If he is too busy at the back of the store, how is he gonna catch thieves running out with merchandise? However, shout out to the other 2 employees that were nice and helpful.

Great way to keep good items in use. Some items were chipped, items could be better curated. Shelves a little empty. Perhaps more donations need to come in? Good a few good items and a couple of gems. Rather hit and miss on the types of items you can find, but quite fun to browse.

They most certainly DO NOT. They tell you to drive it to Otay Mesa. Not with these gas prices.

Yes they do. You can call them to double check
I've sent many a thing over there that's needed just a few nails or a screw or a hook and they've taken it
They are now the one on Sports Arena that is. I think at 10 or 11 a.m.
It depends on the furniture they do not take mattresses anymore
Yes
Yes they do sometimes. You just never know what treasure you could find. If you are lucky some donated clothes still have original labels on them.
Sadly was there today and the 75% off tags 10 days or older stopped...usually very busy today was ghost town. Prices are up, and they have only 50% off blue tag after they had staff take all blue tags off the floor..so false advertising but im sure they are exempt.
