The condition of this property is less than acceptable for a La Quinta. It appears the owner's/management are not reinvesting into the property. The wallpaper in the room was peeling from the ceiling in multiple places. The couch and carpeting were severely stained and needed to be cleaned or replaced. The ceiling vent in the room was filthy. The bath tub caulking was gross. The bathroom sink was dripping when we first arrive as it was difficult to turn off. The room was nice sized with a couch, chair, ottoman, desk and office chair. There was a fridge and Microwave as well. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The housekeeper did a nice enough job cleaning the bathroom and other surfaces. However the mirrors and telephone needed to be cleaned. In my opinion, this property needs attention to bring it up to the brand standard, much of which is simply basic maintenance. There are plenty of other hotel choices in the area to choose from, therefore, I would not stay here again, the value for the money is not worth it.

I never, ever, leave any reviews for anything. The quality of the room was so horrid I feel compelled to tell others to avoid this location. -Stained and brown marks in shower tub -White and Brown stains on carpet -Brown stains all over side of bed -Killed 2 ticks in the room. -Wallpaper Peeling -Awful musty smell in room -Advertised queen size beds, had full mattresses on queen frames. Manager was very respectful and kind in offering us a full refund to go elsewhere. Staff was great. A hotel in need of a remodel/renovation by whomever owns this building.

I have been to several LA Quinta locations in the past and if this location is indicative, than this brand has gone downhill. This location was out of the way but close enough to other businesses which was nice. The exterior was unremarkable.The main lobby was clean, but that was where the nice qualities ended. The room is in great need of maintenance, remodeling and repair. I have attached photos of what I saw from peeling wallpaper, exceptionally dirty air conditioner filters, mystery stains on walls and overall a retro(1980s) feel to the room. I don't think I will be going to this location again and would be wary of the brand.

This room was beyond disgusting. Im not a super picky person but when it comes to my children, I want them to be somewhere sanitary. I have an 11 month old and no way could I let him down on the floor to crawl. There was blood on the walls and stains upon stains on the floor, something leaking out of the walls, and the bathtub was nasty. I wanted to burst into tears when we got in this room. I couldn’t do it. We took the key right back to the front desk and left. They did not offer a clean room. This was by far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in.
