First time visitor this week - like Blaze, MOD offers customized , personal pizzas with fresh ingredients, a variety of crusts, and a customer-friendly service. This particular store was a joy to visit and set my expectations of excellence going forward. Thank you, Team MOD - New Berlin!

***CELIACS DISEASE**** If you have any sort of gluten-free allergy I would be very careful. We went here on a Sunday (very slow) my friend ordered a gf pizza because she has horrible celiacs disease and they mixed up our pizzas. She has been very sick for days now! I understand it’s a mistake but it’s a mistake that affects peoples lives! But the staff was very friendly but this was not cool.

This was the 1st time I went here and I found the staff to b VERRY SLOW! Had to stand there waiting for my order for nearly 20 min AFTER I arrived late to pick it up. Staff did offer free soft drink for those who were waiting, but it still took so long. Next the quality of the food was AWFUL! Pizza half cooked, and their thousand island salad dressing was 'gritty' and tasted like tartar sauce. Ultra yuk!

Chewy cauliflower crust which I enjoyed. Slow service and they seem to go very light on toppings.... Having to consistently ask for more slows things. I did enjoy the finished product.
