This location sucks. Employees are perpetually rude, the girl working the drive thru the last three times doesn’t know their menu and/or doesn’t speak English well enough to take the order and just now I tried to order multiple multiple items ‘they don’t have’. It takes 5 minutes to make a sign that something is out. The last few visits they also prepared the items I ordered incorrectly and didn’t care that they did. I really tried to give them some grace with the way things are right now with supply chain issues, but it’s totally this location and not the brand. Do not visit this location.

My order was completely messed up. Everything I ordered was burned, and I never received the donuts I bought and paid for, not to mention I was given the wrong sized drink. The blueberry muffin I was given was rock hard as well. When my bf called to speak to the manager, she “was too busy and didn’t have a pen to write down his info” and proceeded to hang up on him because the manager wasn’t there. I’ve worked in customer service before, and the way she handled the situation was totally unprofessional and embarrassing on her part. Find some more competent employees-you’re losing business.

There seemed to be only 1 staff member during the morning drive through rush, but he handled it efficiently. He also checked that he was giving the right orders to the right people which I appreciated.

When I’ve been here the service is good and the wait is reasonable with the staffing issues most businesses are facing. Please update your business hours to reflect the actual hours your open. I have now been here 3 times to a dark store at 6am when the store shows it opens at 4am. It will save people a lot of frustration.
