Room was gross and disguisting. Smelled terrible and stains all over the bedding. Felt gross and dirty just standing in there. Didnt even bother staying. WOULD NOOOOT RECOMMEND staying there.

Jymi who checked me in had amazing customer service. She was able to give me the lay of the land for the area and check in was smooth and fast. My room was pretty rough. There were holes in the top comforter, stains on the sheets and towels,and old food left in the mini fridge. Check out is at 11 and starting at around 9:45am I started getting knocks on my door and had to repeatedly tell the house keeper I was still in the room. Then the front desk started calling to see if I had left the room yet. It's really annoying to be trying to get ready for my day and packed and to be constantly interrupted and bothered. I could understand if I was late checking out of my room but this all started more than an hour before check out time and caused me to start my day frustrated and annoyed rather than refreshed. I would say you're much better off spending an extra $30 to stay somewhere clean that has breakfast in thr morning and staff that won't heckle you as you start your day.

Please don't go there dirty rooms and different kinds of insects and too much drug smokers are there .. I couldn't get sleep with insects and assuming they may get steal my car or they may broke my door

Eh. Not the greatest. I guess you get what you pay for, but there is lots of room for easy improvement, even for a Motel 6 location. I'm sure the competition next door would love to accommodate guests instead. Shower was gross and dirty from previous guests (hairs on floor), shelves were stained and sticky from cups and containers. Staff was robotic, inconsiderate and impatient. No 'welcome' or 'good morning'. Weird and invasive policy requiring ID's of all guests that I have never encountered, even at Hilton and Marriott hotels. All preventable and avoidable things - it's really disappointing to see a business throw away its' reputation so carelessly. However, beds and overall room decor was fine and pretty new. TV is updated and good selection of channels. This motel is not far from Chicago and close to the highways.
