I was a loyal customer with State Farm for several years and was treated so poorly after I was rearended in an accident I was NOT at fault for. State Farm company is happy to take your money, but once you are in an accident be prepared to fight for your rights as a customer and services you paid for . . . I am so disappointed. Previously, I thought State Farm was a reputable company, but learned the hard way they are not. SO SO disappointed!!I changed companies after my car accident case was closed.

I think in that time I have had two claims and his office responded immediately, and has always been very helpful walking me thru the process. I recently moved to a different area of our state but have kept my coverage with Phil's office because of the outstanding service I have always received.
