Room smelled and very little hot water. Our hot water ran out in both rooms in less than 5 minutes.

Toilet was broken. Room very dated and in need of major upgrades. Kind of smelly also. Moved us to a second room, the heater was not working. Spend a little more money down the street for a MUCH better hotel!

I rented one of the double beds in the back. It was a nice stay for the price with clean rooms.

I called 1 time to get a price for my daughter, son-in-law & 2 young grandchildren since they had no power at their home. What I got when the lady answered the phone after she asked for how many & I told her - she literally began yelling at me telling me I called 4 X's & gave you the price & then she hung up on me. First of all, I never knew there was a Knight's Inn here in Athens (I've been here my whole life) & 2nd I don't know who she thought she was talking to bc I never called 4 X's. I will never recommend anyone to stay there with that kinda customer service. I'd rather pay more with service that keeps the customer in mind. I was literally baffled - never had I ever had something like this happen before - 1 time not 4 I call & get ripped - WOW!!!!! .
