The staff is amazing. my cat went missing for months and was obviously injured and infected. he needed immediate help. they got him in and and just days later he’s clearly feeling a lot better. staff was beyond kind and helpful, service was spectacular and they helped me bring my bill down dramatically. i would recommend them to anyone.

Best place around! We love each and everyone of the staff! They treat my dogs like their own! Especially Dr. Samson! She truly cares!

Questions & Answers

do i need an appointment for my first visit? or can I just walk-in?

You will need to call and schedule a first time visit with them. They are pretty busy like most vets now so don't be shocked if your a month or more out before you are seen. It is getting better. When I first got my puppy scheduled I had to wait almost 2 months but was lucky they had a cancelation so I only had to wait a little over a month from time I scheduled to being seen.

How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 16, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 16, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 16, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
