We ordered pho to go tonight. I ordered a few months ago and it was sooo good. Everything was super fresh and delicious, but tonight was a different story. The meat looked like it had been pre-cooked and was completely inedible. The meat itself was hard, but the fat (which to be honest was most of the meat) was like a rock. We tried to soak a piece in broth to see if that helped, but it was simply inedible. If I’m going to pay 40$ for dinner, I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect that the meat is fresh and edible. I would have loved to just send an email, but that’s not an option on the website.

Small, family owned strip mall restaurant. Limited menu, but well executed. What caught our attention was the number of Vietnamese patrons in the restaurant. That's always a good sign. Soup, rice, and sandwiches. All with his, authentic flavor and each a hearty serving. Easy to find, plenty of parking. Prices are very reasonable and personnel is amiablr.
