This is the second time that we had paid for the wash of 10 min and encounter some problems. We had to move our vehicle to the next washing area and cost us double the money.

Put $20 in automatic car wash for $12 wash, no change given. Left numerous messages for number on receipt, no response. Left a copy of my receipt on door, finally got a call back from owner to give me a refund.
