Worst experience of my life. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. So glad to be out of there. Brown pool, no air in the gym, mold infested apartments, none of the computers work and i didn’t see the inside of the middle elevator until 6 months after moving in. Anything and everything that could go wrong went wrong here. Staff was wonderful until new management.

I have been very pleased with this property and the staff. Alli (Property Manager) has been very friendly and responsive. Reggie, Shea, and Kay have all been professional and friendly. Very nice property good location. Very happy

Parking nightmare!! Enjoy paying a monthly fee only to have your spot not available to you a majority nights in a week. Also found the company to be extremely difficult and unreasonable when trying to resolve parking issues. Apartment seems to defend guests parking in tenet’s spots more than the tenets themselves. Would not recommend.

The social Knoxville has been amazing since day 1. You absolutely will not find a better staff to take care of you. The staff puts in so much effort into making our building amazing and I am so grateful for everything they do! Definitely recommend living here!
