We're from out of state and had car trouble on our way to vacation. Pulled into O'Reilly's in Jellico and asked if they could hook us up to see what the check engine light said. The manager explained that he wasn't able to do that right now due to Covid, but had us follow him to a local garage. He said he couldn't just leave us stranded. From there, the mechanic could help and even gave us 3 quarts of oil (from O'Reilly's) as well. Everyone was so nice and thoughtful!! You have a great manager at the store and I just had to share his above and beyond service. We can't thank him and the Jellico mechanic enough for their kindness.

My son and 3 friends driving back from Florida to Michigan had car trouble . The people at that store are taking sure good care of them. God bless you all. I will be sending an e mail to corporate to let them know how AMAZING you all are.

The salesmen were very helpful, I needed a battery and they showed they were out of it but when they looked they found one that fit my van behind some other stuff. They went the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of and I appreciate it!
