Bathroom was nasty, condiment counter was nasty no salt no napkins. My Big Mac meal was over $9 when I ate the big Mack had so much lettuce on it that all I could see in the box fries where luck warm and had. Parking lot is small and hard to get out in a pickup truck and trailer. Go somewhere else do yourself a favor

I been traveling all day and decided to swing into this McDonald's to grab a fast meal and use the restroom. The restrooms were clean. I went to the counter and had to wait a minute for the cashier to take my order while he stocked bags, when he came over he was super polite and I really appreciated that. He took my order, which was a 10 piece nugget meal with LG coke and med fry, then went back to stocking the restaurant supplies without giving me a receipt . When the lady called 236 and everyone was looking around I laugh and said, oh is that me? Everyone had a fun laugh , I grabbed my bag and headed to my car. I was beginning to back up and realized he never gave me a drink or a cup. I was already back in the car and on a road trip so I thought I'll just swing through the drive thru and get my coke real fast. I said , I just was inside, I was order #236 and I didn't receive my LG coke. The worker responded hold on please.. then came back and said do you have your receipt, I said no the cashier never gave me one but it was order 236. He said hold on again, then came back and said I found receipt 236 and it didn't have a coke. I said yes it did I ordered a meal and specifically ordered it with a large coke and medium fries, I was just literally inside the building , he said please hold again.. by this time I'm frustrated and said to my friend ,"since when does a value meal not come with a drink?".I knew he had lied about finding my receipt because he would have seen I ordered a value meal with a coke....I think he heard me and says please pull forward. Then when I get to the second window I was asked are you the one wanting the coke... like I was stealing it or something, I said I was the one that paid for the coke and yes thank you and drove off. It left a bad taste in my mouth for this McDonald's location. It was very poor customer service. The only reason I'm giving it the extra star is seriously because even though the cashier put stocking items above waiting on me and other customers after me, he was at least super polite and well mannered. It's seriously a dollar drink, I and most people in the America can find enough change in our couch cushions to buy that, so it was very rude to make a customer jump through hoops to get it lmbo I even knew my order number, what coke thief would know that order 236 was 10 nuggets, LG coke and a MD fry lmbo work on customer service 😅

I used the drive-thru service. The employee was friendly and I didn't have to wait long. My 3 star rating is due to the poor quality of the food. Raise your standards before you raise the price. At least atempt to justify the increase.

The men's restroom was rough and could use a good cleaning but service was fast and people was friendly.
