I called at 10pm on Thursday night, told the lady that we would be checking in after 7pm on Friday and would like to reserve 2 rooms but they will be paid for separately and asked if she needed payment now or if they could pay for then in cash upon arrival. Her exact words "we only need a card on file" so I proceeded with giving her my card (which I didnt get paid till after 5pm on friday) and she said I was good to go that the card cleared and sent me my confirmation email. Friday morning about oam I get a voicemail that my card could not be reauthorized and I had until 6pm to get them a valid card to keep my rooms(I'm at work with TERRIBLE service) I call her back on break explain I havent got my check and made it to bank yet, we are guaranteed to be there and I was told they only needed one on file. She was trying to run my card for BOTH rooms first night $270.00. I told her I had to wait till I got off work and I lost service. I got off work at 4pm and went to bank and went to hotel at 5:13pm and they told me they had cancelled my reservation (ALTHOUGH THEY TOLD ME I HAD UNTIL 6PM) and they sold the rooms and they were sold out... RUDE receptionist and very unprofessional place.

Amazing staff everybody was super caring.. The rooms were very clean and nigit's lean and nicer than I was expecting for such a small town. Me and my family had a nice day and really enjoyed the pool.

Great accommodating staff. We were there for several weeks for work. During that time my husband got sick and when I arrived they gave me what I needed to make the room clean enough for them to come in and do a proper clean. Because of covid, they weren't allowed to just come in and do it all. They'd been worried for him and asked what they could do.

All around nice place to go. The front desk is great. They treat you like family. I will go again soon i can honestly say.
