The food was good , however the service was great. My cashier was so sweet and I had to ask how old he was because he looked so young, huge shout out to this young man who was only 15, his customer service qualities were outstanding!

I ordered through the app and picked up at the drive thru. Everytime I order the asiago chicken sandwich WITHOUT ranch on it they end up putting SO MUCH ranch on it. I hate ranch which is why I order it WITHOUT ranch. If there's no way to customize it then don't have the option to customize it.

Not ALL Wendy's, just the New one next to Central in Elizabethtown, Ky. Management, nor workers had a clue, to prepare a pre made salad, and put "it's" Strawberries on the side. End result, I got a Caesar salad instead and to top it all off, they charged me for the Strawberries. Rude and incompetence, at it's finest.
