Bed bugs and cockroaches. Need I say more? switched rooms and it was just as bad. Room wasn't held even after reserving on priceline.com. Was told they DO NOT honor online reservations.

3rd experience staying here and it was horrible. Going for the NASCAR race at Bristol. Made reservations a month in advance. Told the room rate was $59 nightly. Arrived 9/16 to be told they had no rooms available. After a few minutes of arguing and asking of other hotels in the area, we were told that we could be put in a room with double beds not the king size I reserved. The price also doubled (told this was due to race weekend). Having no choice but to stay, we paid. The rooms was newly remodeled and clean however the service was horrible. We never saw or spoke with the same person twice. The gentleman who told us he was the new owner 3 years ago is now just a manager. While the rooms have been remodeled, the outside lacks appeal. The parking lot is full of potholes, the pool is not open and and there is no appealing outdoor space for sitting and relaxing. Upon arriving back to our room at 1 am, following the race, our keycard did not work. No one was in the office and the gentleman who finally arrived to let us in our room was extremely rude. When checking out Sunday morning the office again was closed. Needless to say, we will never stay here again.

Amazing place and super friendly staff. Under new management and they're making obvious changes. They're doing a great job and were just wonderful to us. We needed a pet friendly hotel and they were amazing! So great to us. We had pipe bust in our wall and they quickly came after our call and got us a new room at no extra charge. Would 100% stay here again and plan to next time we visit family here.
