I needed a new phone and didn't want to wait for it to be mailed to me. Onix helped me in th store. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. If she didn't know the answer she was able to look it up. I would definitely go back again if I needed anything else from Verizon that can be done in store.

The staff here is very welcoming and have so much patience with everyone they work with. Erik the manager and Alex who seems to always be there really make sure people enjoy their experience. I recommend this store for anyone in the peninsula.

I was scammed here. STAY AWAY. I was quickly sold an "accessories package" for a new iphone which included not one but TWO glass protectors while only ONE was applied to the new phone and I was told that the other was simply a warranty for which I was given a piece of paper. Incredibly, this was done by the manager of the store. F U.

Alex has been the most helpful and knowledgeable person I've had the joy of working with in all my years of being with Verizon!!!
