I have ordered here once a week for many months and was overall satisfied however my last few visits have been unsatisfactory. I don't know if it is new employees or something else. My last couple pizza orders have been terrible. I always ask for "light on the sauce" but what I keep getting is tons of sauce and very little cheese. Then I decided to try theirr chicken alfredo. I travel a lot for work all over the country and this is my "go to" meal when I am out. What I received wasn't even recognizable! I have NEVER seen chicken alfredo baked! And it was totally flavorless. I ate the garlic bread which was ok but the rest I threw away. After the last couple orders have been unsatisfactory and I am now done with Roma. Very sad because I really wanted a good place here in Franklinton.

Order a personal pan pizza , they gave me a store brought pan pizza , pretty sure they got it from Food Lion being as tho the are right next to each other

So much better than the Dominos in Franklinton! The food has always been right and delicious! No complaints!

Ordered chicken Alfredo. Says grilled chicken on menu but what you get is a frozen breaded patty that's been microwaved. Had I known would not have ordered. Fix the menu so customers are clear on what their ordering.
