I don't normally write reviews unless something really bothers me, Especially Chick-fil-A, but I felt like I was in a bobs burgers scene. Monday Jul 18 4pm -5pm Walked in, no one in line, waited to be acknowledged and my order to be taken. Food received was dry and cold. Cheese wouldn't even melt. Again, no one in line, waited to be acknowledged to get a sweet tea refilled. Whole time I'm eating, I'm watching the front line kids jumping, playing and singing. I wouldn't mind the goofing off as much if the service was on par but it was clearly taking priority over the customers. 2 stars. 1 for the sweat tea and 1 for the fries.

This location has two lines taking in orders. Looked like short staff due to long wait. Corporate should close locations down if franchises working on skeleton staff not wanting their brands to suffer. As usual slow service could make the post office blush in who is more slower. The chicken mini were stale and total garbage. The tots were too oily. Only good thing was the drink.

I went through the drive through today in lane 2. There were two people on duty in that lane and one person in lane one. People in lane one that came long after me zipped by while lane two continued to lag. When I finally reached the two men, I asked the man taking my order to be sure to scan my Chick Fil a card. He did not give me a receipt nor did he correctly scan my card. I asked for a duplicate receipt when I picked up my food. The wait was ridiculously long.
