Their layout is so confusing that I find myself spending half my time shopping just trying to find where everything is illogically located. There is a separate aisle for arbitrarily-determined “healthy” foods, so expect to find cereal, pasta, snacks, coffee and tea, cooking oils, and pretty much anything else in at least two different parts of the store. Not only is this frustrating for me as a shopper, but my Instacart shoppers end up marking half my items as “out of stock” because the items aren’t where they should logically be. In addition, lately the store has stopped carrying many items, and are completely out of stock of many things. Update since receiving the store response: The layout was shuffled around, but items are still scattered all over the store as before. In addition, half of the items I tried to buy would not ring up at the self checkout because they weren’t in the system, and the attendant said I would need to go wait in line at customer service. The store response to this review is that they aim to make for a better experience, yet here we are, still with a very difficult shopping experience at this location.

Giant Food was great. The place is clean and spacious. Easy to navigate and helpful attendants.

This Giant is near my home and I regularly visit. Very much CLEAN and well take and supervises. The only thing that is wrong that I see is they need more HELP and staffs. The most ever is waiting for 30min. to check-out my groceries.
