The food is good, however if you want service come an hour before closing. They are rude and disrespectful (more than one occassion). If your service hours are until 10 pm you should not have register tills pulled before then and telling customers there is no more food when your employees are making food and sitting down to eat while you are trying to place an order. Not to mention being told you should have ordered online. Very bad business. I hope your upper management reads this and addresses. Very unprofessional. This is the Capital Blvd. location!!!

I really enjoyed my meal here. I assumed I'd be getting a burrito but opted for a bowl last minute. Definitely do that the bowl was amazing and probably more food anyway, the bowls have the same toping options minus the tortilla. Anyway, the only reason to knock a star off is that we had to stand in a really long line. This location doesn't seperate online orders from in store orders so your liable to be waiting behind a bunch of people that aren't even there, so a word of caution.

First let me say “ PROFESSIONALISM” is lacked completely at this facility!! My order was wrong I could have been rude and irritate but there was no need! I specifically read my order from my phone because the order was for my daughter! My sons order was made correctly but hers was not! I got home just to find this out so therefore I had to come all the way across town! I explained what the issue was and The “ manager” with the dreads was SO RUDE!! Let’s be clear I didn’t choose that profession FOR YOU, YOU DID bro” or should I say sweetheart whichever you prefer YOU CHOOSE IT!! I’m not sure what was so funny about my order being wrong but obviously you and your sidekick felt it was very humorous!! When you ask someone what the issue is with there order the proper way to communicate would be “ sorry for the inconvenience “, you know statements such as these! You don’t ask what was your order and when I begin to read it off my phone once AGAIN say “ all that is down there” and toss the tray down the serving station and then proceed to help the next customer!!! I didn’t bring none of that energy so it wasn’t no need for the extra stuff you and your “ sidekick” was TRYING to give!! I have a business if you and your friend need sone lessons I will be more than happy to assist! Free of charge! Be mindful of how you treat people!! You work there 7 days a week! 😂The cashier didn’t even give me a bag!! To be honest the ONLY PERSON THAT WAS NICE AND PROFESSIONAL WAS THE TALL GUY WITH GLASSES!! Other than him the ENTIRE STAFF NEEDS TO BE THROWN AWAY!!

Don’t bother ordering online. You can’t add a side tortilla online anymore at this location, and the quality assurance is poor for online orders. I ordered a barbacoa bowl with double meat (cost extra) and got this chunk of inedible gristle and fat. The portion sizes we received are also consistently smaller than when you order in person.
