The company I work for experienced a mini-crime wave early this year- after realizing the TPD response was lackluster and likely to remain that way, we set out to ‘harden’ our two buildings. (I don’t hate the police or anything- we had $55k in damage, and they refused to send out a detective- it’s that simple.) We quickly learned that our alarm system provider was not much more helpful than TPD- we were with them for 10 years, and they could not not add cameras for 4 months! Meanwhile, copper thieves were visiting us weekly… Derek at Robblee’s sold us two systems that covered every base we could think of, including laser trips for outdoor areas- the installation (headed up by yet another Derek) went far more smoothly than I had imagined it could, and it was also timely- in my career I have seen very few complicated installs go as well as this did. I have asked them to install another system in our Olympia location- they have earned my respect and trust, and I am thankful they came along- a real bright light in a dark year so far! Robblees is hands-down the best locksmith in town! I accidentally locked my toddler in the house and had to call 3 locksmiths (unavailable) and luckily I got Robblees the 3rd time. They sent out Dee immediately and he got my door open all within 15 minutes from me closing the door. Thank you SO very much - such amazing service and kindness. Dee, you’re amazing, incredibly kind and definitely my hero today!!!

The two technicians who came out to upgrade our alarm system were not only technically proficient and extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but were genuinely fun to have over and made it a very pleasant experience. After they installed our equipment and tested it, they patiently trained my wife and I how to most effectively use the system through the use of our smart phones. Every time I interact with Robblee's Total Security I have been extremely pleased with the customer service. This company is the best! George and Helen

Excellent process of evaluating and describing our security needs. Very prompt scheduling the assessment. Clearly detailed proposal and quick scheduling of the tech team. Great guys, neat and clean and super helpful in reviewing the original spec, making a few adjustments, doing the install and then walking us through the registration and the system and app usage. Overall outstanding experience
