I get that no one really expected the pandemic, but I feel like this store did not deal with it in the best way. What they should have said was, "we have no idea when the refrigerator you ordered will be in stock, if ever." Instead, they took my money, and just told me a new delivery date every month. Sometimes they didn't even bother to update me as the month passed and there was still no refrigerator. I got the impression that they really didn't care if I ever got the refrigerator. Finally I just canceled the order.

Best place to buy appliances. Prices are better than the big box places. Sales staff are more informed. Delivery and set up services are better than the big box places. Try it, you'll like it.

Where to begin… I ordered a washer and dryer and was told it was in stock which is the entire reason I decided to go with Albert Lee instead of Home Depot. Turns out, it wasn’t in stock. My order was delayed multiple times from November 2021 to April 2022. I understand the supply chain is out of whack, but why lie to customers and tell them that it is in stock if it isn’t? I did end up receiving the washer in February (without the dryer, that part of the order that got delayed until April) but it has a dent in it. I was told I’d receive a phone call about compensation for the dent… it’s been a month and I still haven’t received a phone call, despite me wasting my time calling multiple times to multiple locations asking about it. They told me “they’ll make a note of it”. On top of that, I have an extremely hard time reaching the salesperson that helped me with my original order, and the receptionist clearly wanted nothing to do with me over the phone. Incredibly disappointing. I’m all for supporting local, but this is not one of those examples.
