This place always screws up my orders. I also paid for my food via mobile and after 10 minutes of waiting at the order speaker, I drove to the pickup window and seen my coffee cup sitting waiting to be made, 5 minutes later I tried to go inside but the doors are locked. This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts experience I've had out of them all, go to a different location!

My order is never made correctly. But usually close enough. Today takes the cake. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel with butter I in turn received a plain bagel with butter.. I asked for a pumpkin iced coffee with a little tiny bit of cream and I received a Carmel iced coffee with liquid sugar and almond milk, they got the second coffee correct. Not sure how this happens but I hope it gets corrected. What’s the point of ordering when 1/3 is the only thing correct? Hopefully things change. I’ve also seen the owners yelling at the employees…

Honest to god the worst service i’ve ever had at a restaurant. At the very least, they’re not rude to you anymore, but i’ve been going to this Dunkin as kind of a novelty thing because they mess up your order every single time. On top of that, you can’t even make a left turn back into the parking lot, so good luck getting it fixed or getting a refund. Go to the one on Egg Harbor instead

Some DDs should just stop making food. If you are going to sell food it should at least be edible. The photo attached is supposed to be a Three Cheese Croissant. I have no idea why you would even serve this to someone. For complete disclosure they did put another one in the bag that was half edible proving they knew the other one was disgusting. This unacceptable.
