Went here and ordered what was supposed to be a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese bites and French fries. The fries was hard and stale they put four measly cheeses bites that was way to hard to eat not at all worth the money

Honestly the worst Cookout I’ve ever been to. The woman working the drive through was rude and very short. She had zero patience while we were looking at the menu making our choices. We got home and opened the box and we were completely missing French Fries. The other side was supposed to be cheese curds and we only received five of them (how is this a side)? I’ve blacked out the name of the cashier/drive through employee but we are extremely dissatisfied and would have driven back if we weren’t home already.

This location is located near a college, so the late night hours (after 10 pm) are pretty busy. I got a cheeseburger and a hotdog. The drive-through line was really long so we went to the pick-up window instead, the process was relatively quick considering staffing and the long line at the drive-through. All in all, the food is relatively cheap, and filling. Usually consistent as well. I did also get a side of white cheddar bites and I purchased the full size, but the amount of bites were like what they would put in a tray (half a size?) so that was disappointing, but I enjoyed them anyway.

Great prices and awesome food. It's more of a southern store. I'm from the north east and I wish these were located here. As well as the Cheerwine drinks. Customer service is always good and never a long wait. I stop here every time I go south for any reason. You get exactly what the sign says, Cookout style burgers and all the good sides to go with it. I just can't get over how cheap the place is!!!!
