The staff was amazing and super polite , but managers need to learn to talk to the employees. We sat at table and the manager sat there behind us barking orders at the boys cleaning and running her mouth loud enough for us to hear.. We ended up moving because I was finding it hard to bite my tongue. The young men couldn't have been 18 and as a parent if someone talked to my child this way , it would not be pretty.

I'm giving this place three stars based off 2 visits on the same morning. First trip through, everything went fine. Second trip 2 hrs later, totally different story. Took 20 minutes to get through the drive through. Gave my order to someone else and had to remake my order taking another 10 minutes.

Every time I go there I get a large unsweetened tea. Ask for lots of ice. Every time no extra ice. Ask kid at the window why. He said the machine puts ice in the cup. It took me explaining to him he can put more ice in on his own. You would have thought I just asked him to go outside and dig a big hole.
