Hungry Howie's Pizza

First time trying Howie's. We got the Greek salad, 8 inch cheese for the kiddo and the large Howie special. All of it was great. The delivery was much quicker than we expected so I'll say the Howie tracker is not the best source. Our delivery person was friendly and everything was exactly as ordered. We'll definitely order from Howie again!

Good food! Pizza was very tasty and the Howie Bread was too. The prices are fair and service is excellent. We ordered an XL Extra Cheese and an XL Pepperoni along with Pepperoni Howie Bread and everything was delicious. I recommend!

We have ordered from here for many years. Last night they evidently changed the pepperoni on the pizza we received as it was very spicy, too much for us. We were charged 5.99 for delivery and reminded by the person answering the phone to not forget to tip the delivery person. So basically they charged about 9.00 to deliver a 15.00 pizza (incl. tax). That is outrageous as there are dozens of places to get pizza. Between the change in meats and the costs it is time to try other establishments.

I’m giving out 5 cause overall service, time to cook, and flavor was combined to make for a very good dining experience! We stopped in around 5:15pm on a Friday. We were immediately able to place our order, and told it would be 20 mins. There’s a gift shop next door so to pass the time we went there. Pizza was ready in 15 mins. We ordered XL sausage & pepperoni, small bacon cheeseburger, and Howie’s cinnamon bread. Sausage & Pepperoni: excellent size! Big pieces! The flavor is VERY similar to something but I just can’t put my finger on it! Maybe a mix between Domino’s and Godfathers. I don’t know. But it was tasty! Crust is between regular and pan for thickness. I thought it was just right. Good flavor on the sauce and cheese and a good amount of meat. I enjoyed it a lot! (Ate 3 pieces, saving rest for later. Bacon cheeseburger: this was my wife’s choice and she says “this is my new 2nd favorite pizza!” That’s next to Toffino’s. So that’s impressive. Small was a good size for her to have a couple pieces and have some for tomorrow. Good amount of meat. Not even sure if it had sauce. Either way, it was good! Howie’s cinnamon bread: mmmmmmmm. Very similar to Pizza Hut’s cinnamon dessert bread sticks. Very soft, great flavor, icing just pushes it over the top. Delightful! Again, a great experience from start to finish. And we’ll definitely work Howie’s into our Pizza Friday rotation!!!
