A person has to have a stable residence. The person must adhere to the rules. We have no way of knowing if there are drugs in the house. We do not run background checks on all residents of a household. We are a monitoring company, we focus on an individual's behavior and adherence to a set of rules. I hope this answer helps you. No. Unfortunately clients still have to pay the fees, although there are a couple courts in Washington who have their own indigent programs with discounted fees. I think that EHM Washington does offer veteran discounts with proper identification.
To clean any electronic contact, it's often good to: 1. Clean it with rubbing (isopropyl) alcohol and a cotton swab. 2. Use a pencil eraser to rub the actual metal contact points and rub off and buildup. 3. If you continue to have a problem, you should definitely contact the company.
