I became a member here back in May and couldn’t be happier. The membership pricing with no cart fee is what makes this course so attractive. All of the staff is super friendly and willing to help you anyway they can. The greens are always well maintained, and the fairways are pretty much the same you’d see at any course around here. The clubhouse is a little dated but it’s far better than all of these other courses with mobile homes as clubhouses, with roller hot dogs as their only food options. All of the food is very responsibly priced and so are the drinks. I drive from Charlotte weekly to play here over courses like Red Bridge and other Charlotte courses because the experience and pricing is just better. If you’re looking for a well kept course, with a nice selection of food at a great price, Piney Point is the place to play!

What a great course. Greens of glass and fairways far and wide. Wonderful hidden treasure just a few miles up the road. Will definitely visit again and again.

Found good greens but many weeds in the fairways. Clubhouse facilities are outdated. Long ride from home. Might play twice per year.

Staff was friendly and communicated well to both us and other staff/members. Course was in great shape and was a blast to play for the first time. Great value and fun layout that is not too hard, so great for beginners and experts alike with the greens and bunker designs. Can't wait to come back! The hour drive is not that bad considering how scenic and fun the back roads are.
