The most positive camping experience we've ever had. Our site was okay... would have preferred one with shade. Bathrooms were clean. Saturday bingo was a lot of fun and the families with kids really seemed to enjoy themselves. The Sunday night band was surprisingly good. We didn't bring our boat, but the dock was a nice place to fish or for our Lab pup to dive off. The camp store was tiny, but well stocked. When we found our truck had a flat, they had a tire repair kit. The family that owns/runs the camp are amazing: kind, helpful and generous. Definitely recommend!

What a nice camp, lots of trees, great stuff for the kids and friendly owners and campers. With a hot shower that could take your face off (extra star). Fairly priced in a neat area with lots of lakes and parks.

Excellent lil quiet spot. Owners and staff care for the property. Make sure your tow vehicle has good enough pull power and breaking, as the area is hilly.

Norwood is our “go to” for camping. We have stayed on multiple sites and all have provided plenty of room for our large family. The atmosphere is great and the family that runs the campground are some of the best people you will ever meet. We highly recommend Norwood and will continue to spend as much time here as we can.

That is correct, we do have 2 cabins currently and hope to expand to a larger selection. The cabins, however, are not primitive. They have electric, cable, wifi, heating, and air! Best, Richard Shorts Jr.
Most every campground I've ever been to "Quiet Hours" are usually either 11-7 or 10-8. I personally don't see the problem.
I didn't see any for sale signs posted on my visit.
They do have permanent sites in a designated area of the campground. I cannot speak as to whether they are for sale or lease.
