Worst Lab I've EVER been to! 1 week and my Dr still hasn't received results! They even tried and could not get through to Quest. Absolutely no customer service

I have paperwork to get blood work done at Quest, it is from New Season Clinic in Morganton. Can I get the test at your facility, or do I need to go all the way to hickory?
