What GREAT PEOPLE!! We discovered that the battery was dead on the Subaru as we were checking out of the lodgings in Westport, WA. Avalon sent a fantastic young man all the way from Ocean Shores, WA to assist. Sadly, I did NOT get his name. He is a credit to the GREAT SERVICE from Avalon Towing and Recovery. My rear passenger tire blew out on the way home from my first day back to work since COVID. My phone battery was about to die and my car was running on fumes I was BROKE and thinking about crying maybe. I called AAA and they sent Avalon towing. The driver showed up surprisingly fast. He looked at my flat, pointed out damages and said it couldn't be patched... so he put on my spare. This guy was so fast and he obviously knew what he was doing. He answered all my questions with a smile and made me feel confident about what I should do next (I've only owned a car for a few years). Then he waited for me to start driving before he took off. I WISH I HAD CAUGHT HIS NAME SO I COULD TELL HIS BOSS ABOUT THE GREAT SERVICE) (He's the guy from Colorado) 5 stars!!!! 10 stars...ALL THE STARS.

“Rescued” my car from the side of a highway after it suddenly just stopped. Got my car up on the tow truck with no damage or problems. Took myself and another passenger to the garage we chose to fix the car. The only issue I would say, and it’s probably related more to AAA, is that we had to wait more than 21/2 hours for his arrival. He was 40 minutes later than AAA said because he had to deliver 2 cars before he could reach us. Again, in my area, there are so few AAA providers, we are used to waiting longer than in urban areas. But he was even later than AAA promised. That said, I would use Avalon again if I needed a car towed somewhere. They’re careful and take care of your car.
